ELLA – Everyone Loves Little Angels - launched in 2009, is an organization with multiple pillars, going from “paying it forward” to helping families with chronic and critically-ill children and those living with rare diseases to one focusing on providing support to bereaved parents.
Everyone Loves Little Angels (ELLA) was created in memory of my baby daughter, Ella, who passed away at BC Children’s Hospital after the fight of her life at just 7 months, 20 days old on March 27, 2009.
Out of grief came Everyone Loves Little Angels – a life absolute which has for acronym the name of my baby girl, ELLA. With it came a promise to myself that I would honour Ella daily, by searching for her illness diagnosis and by creating ways to help others facing similar faiths as ours.
And so my journey with an angel in my heart started.
